Diversity Homes is a family owned, custom Homebuilding Company founded by Jason Frank in 2009 under the core principles of Quality, Value, and Integrity.

Our highest priority is YOU, and our goal is to EXCEED your expectations! From start to finish... and thereafter.

Every client has different needs and we are equipped and ready to meet yours by listening and communicating to create a Dream home designed just for you. Our "in-house" design and drafting services allow for creativity to flow as we combine visions to make your dream come to life. If the thought of "custom" is overwhelming, we also have innovative floor plans for you to choose from while continuing to make each home fit your lifestyle and be one of a kind.

When you choose to build with Diversity Homes, we pride ourselves on making the process a fun and easy one. From our experienced design team, to our continuous jobsite management, we are involved in all aspects of the construction from start to finish which allows you to be as involved or uninvolved as you like.

Quality is extremely important to us. Our product comes from trustworthy suppliers and we carefully select and value each of our subcontractors for their workmanship and dedication. Developing bonds along the way is what the Diversity Family is all about.

Meet Our Diversity Family

Jason Frank

Jason Frank is the owner of Diversity Homes and has been a Bismarck/Mandan native his entire life. Jason started out after high school as a Pipe Fitter Welder which gave him exploration into his manufacturing and creative side. From there, he started working with a local home building contractor and knew early on that the homebuilding industry was "his place". He quickly worked his way up the ladder, starting off as A Clean-Up Crew Member, to Warranty Services and finally to the Lead Jobsite Manager. Jason was a hard worker and eager to learn as much as he could about home building. He started a framing company to go along with his Jobsite Management Position. This helped him learn the trade even more, as well as develop and perfect his own business planning strategies. In 2009, Jason ventured out on his own in the Custom Home Building World and incorporated Diversity Homes. With over 25 years of expertise in the field and being a part of over 1000 homes in the Bismarck/Mandan area, Jason is committed to providing you and your family a home based on a solid foundation of quality and integrity.
